一.认识IATF16949认证标准修订SI
IATF通过一段时间IATF16949认证的执行，会根据车厂及市场的运行反馈，修订IATF16949:2016标准并不定期发布关于IATF16949:2016的《认可解释SI》和《常见问题FAQ》。SI是英文Sanctioned interpretations英文缩写，意思是“认可解释”。
二.IATF16949认证标准IATF16949:2016版修订SI发布履历
IATF16949认证标准第一版于2016年10月发布，并于2017年1月1日正式生效。截至目前为止，IATF16949认证标准IATF16949:2016共经历四次修订,IATF确定和批准了如下解释。除非有其它明示，所有解释于发布之日其开始应用。一个SI更新了规则或者要求的解释，也将成为IATF16949认证审核依据及（定义）不符合的基础。
SI 1-9 发布于2017年10月，并于本月生效。
SI 10-11 发布于2018年4月，并于2018年6月生效。
SI 8 更新并重新发布于2018年6月，并于2018年7月生效。
SI 10 更新并重新发布于2018年6月，并于2018年7月生效。
SI 12-13 发布于2018年6月，并于2018年7月生效。
SI 14-15 发布于2018年11月19日，并于2023年1月生效。
SI就是IATF 16949认证标准的更新，FAQ和SI既是认证机构审核的准则，也是获证组织运行IATF 16949体系所必需遵循的要求。
所以在IATF16949认证贯标过程中应该依据最新IATF16949认证标准修订SI认可解释,IATF16949内审员培训也应该包括最新IATF16949认证标准修订SI认可解释。

修订条款9.2.2.2Qulity management system audit质量管理体系审核
The organization shall audit all qualtity management system processes over each a three-year audit cycle calendar period;according to an annual programme, using the process approach to verify compliance with this Automotive QMS Standard.Integrated with these audits,the organization shall sample customer-specific quality management system requirements for effective implementation.
The complete audit cycle remains three years in length.The quality management system audit frequency for individual processes,audited within the threeyear audit cycle,shall be based upon internal and external performance and risk.Organizations shall maintain justification for the assigned audit frequency for their processes.All processes are required to be sampled throughout the three-year audit standard,including ISO9001 base requirements,and any customer-specific requirements.
完整审核周期仍为三年，在三年审核周期内，单个过程的质量管理体系审核频次应基于内外部绩效和风险，组织应保持其确定的针对征个过程的审核频次的合理性。所有过程都需要在整个三年审核周中进行抽样，并根据IATF16949标准中的所有适用要求进行审核，包括ISO9001基本要求和任何顾客特殊要求。

企业在实施IATF16949认证体系执行内审时也要依据IATF16949认证标准最新修订SI认证可解释执行，否则有可能会被开出该事项不符合项。
